While you're out enjoying the weather, maybe having a burger or a dog, and an ice-cold beer or a frou-frou girly drink (Malibu bay breeze for me, thankyouverymuch), please take a moment to stop and thank those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the United States of America. They are the reason why we have the freedoms we so enjoy. They gave their lives to ensure those freedoms would not die. Over 4,000 men and women have died since the invasion of Iraq alone. Remember them. Thank them.
